We are looking for an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. Responsibilities include representing clients in contested probate and trust cases, managing disputes concerning wills, trusts, estates, and fiduciary duties, as well as handling other types of civil litigation cases. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of probate, trust and civil litigation, and settling related conflicts. This is a remote position, with our primary office situated in San Diego. Responsibilities: • Represent clients in probate litigation matters, including will contests, trust disputes, and estate-related conflicts. • Represent clients in civil litigation cases. • Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, petitions, and discovery requests. • Provide guidance to clients on their rights, options, and strategies for resolving estate-related disputes. • Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to effectively manage caseloads and meet client needs. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. • Licensed to practice law in California. • 5+ years of experience in civil and probate litigation. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to advocate effectively in court and during negotiations. • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: $180,000+ based on experience
