Responsibilities: • Ensure clients are effectively represented at court hearings as needed • Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation and forming a strategy for a plan of action • Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, marital settlement agreements, judgements, and orders for a high volume of cases Qualifications: • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially in highly stressful and emotional situations • Must have handled family law cases for at least 7 years along with vast knowledge of property division Compensation: $200,000 - $250,000 DOE plus Bonuses
