Responsibilities: Bring your litigation leadership to a firm focused on meaningful impact. You will: • Lead complex commercial and residential bad-faith insurance cases from intake through resolution, including trial. • Collaborate with partners and the executive team to develop and refine litigation strategies across the firm. • Mentor junior attorneys and legal staff, offering guidance, training, and feedback to enhance performance. • Strategically engage with clients, experts, and stakeholders to drive results and manage expectations. • Draft, review, and oversee high-level pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation. • Own timelines, manage case development, and uphold performance standards to ensure consistent excellence. • Contribute to thought leadership, firm growth, and continuous improvement in legal processes. Qualifications: • J.D. from an accredited law school and an active Oklahoma Bar license in good standing. • Minimum 10 years of litigation experience , with a strong emphasis on bad faith insurance claims (both residential and commercial). • Proven record of success in handling high-stakes litigation and managing complex caseloads. • A leadership mindset with a desire to mentor, inspire, and develop legal talent. • Exceptional legal writing, analytical thinking, and courtroom advocacy skills. • A commitment to professional growth for yourself, your team, and clients.
