Senior Litigation Attorney – Personal Injury

A highly respected personal injury law firm is expanding its dynamic litigation team in Dallas, TX. Known for its relentless advocacy on behalf of the injured, the firm specializes in complex personal injury cases and is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse litigation docket, focusing on complex personal injury matters.
• Serve as lead counsel for depositions, hearings, mediations, and jury trials.
• Draft, review, and argue pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and trial briefs.
• Develop and execute effective case strategies from intake through resolution.
• Collaborate with paralegals, litigation support staff, and fellow attorneys to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Active Texas Bar license in good standing (having NY or Florida license is a plus).
• 3–5+ years of litigation and trial experience in personal injury law.
• Demonstrated success managing complex personal injury litigation.
• Strong oral advocacy, negotiation, and trial presentation skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• First-chair jury trial experience
• Federal court licensure and/or appellate experience
• Spanish language proficiency (a strong plus)
• Experience handling litigation across multiple jurisdictions
