Senior Litigation Attorney (Warranty & Lemon Law) Full-time | Hybrid | San Diego, CA

Salary: $200K - $315K

About the Role Seeking a seasoned litigation attorney with 8+ years of experience to join a high-volume Warranty & Lemon Law practice in San Diego. You should be comfortable managing a substantial caseload independently, possess strong motion practice and discovery skills, and have a track record of handling civil litigation matters from inception through resolution. This is an ideal role for an attorney looking to transition from insurance defense or another civil litigation practice into a stable, long-term growth opportunity within an Am Law firm.

What You'll Do:

• Manage a large docket of consumer warranty litigation matters from start to finish
• Take ownership of case strategy, including drafting and arguing dispositive motions and handling all aspects of discovery
• Work closely with team leadership and institutional clients to manage risk and achieve favorable outcomes
• Appear in state and federal court for hearings, conferences, and other proceedings
• Lead settlement negotiations and mediations to resolve cases efficiently
• Handle a high volume of cases, applying mass tort principles to manage the workflow effectively

Experience: 8+ years post-JD civil litigation experience

Work Policy: Hybrid — based in San Diego, CA office
