We are seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to manage complex medical malpractice and birth injury cases from intake through trial. Responsibilities: • Manage all phases of litigation from intake through trial and post-trial • Draft and e-file pleadings, motions, discovery, and affidavits • Review, evaluate, and summarize medical records and billing • Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and coordinate witness testimony • Conduct legal research and draft case summaries • Oversee and mentor junior paralegals • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and state/federal court rules Qualifications: • 7+ years of experience in plaintiff-side medical malpractice and/or personal injury litigation • Strong command of Texas civil procedure and local court rules • Proficiency with Filevine, Lead Docket, and Office 365 (or similar tools) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage deadlines • Leadership mindset with mentoring experience Compensation: $75,000 - $110,000 DOE + discretionary bonus
