    OUTSTANDING (REMOTE) OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN THE DIVISIONAL INTEGRAL SENIOR LIVING SALES TEAM!

     

    We currently seek a highly motivated DIVISIONAL SALES SPECIALIST

     

    WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CANDIDATE WHO LOVES TO TAKE ON NEW CHALLENGES WHO IS A PROVEN _SENIOR LIVING _SALES PRODUCER. WE WANT SOMEONE WHO IS ADEPT AT 'MAKING THINGS HAPPEN' TROUBLESHOOTING AND WORKING WITH OTHER SALES DIRECTORS AND OUR REGIONAL SALES TEAM - COACHING SUPPORTING AND WORKING WITH COMMUNITIES IN TWO STATES FOR ONE OF OUR OWNERSHIP GROUPS. WE ARE LOOKING FOR THAT MAVERICK PERSONALITY DRIVEN BY BEING REWARDED FOR YOUR RESULTS.

     

    THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE TRAVEL AND A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE TO PROVIDE THE SUPPORT NEEDED. AS OUR DIVISIONAL SALES SPECIALIST, YOU’LL PARTNER WITH EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS AND REGIONAL SALES MANAGERS TO IMPROVE OCCUPANCY AT OUR COMMUNITIES. YOU WILL ACT AS A HANDS-ON PERSON TRAVELING DSM WHEN IT IS NEEDED TO GROW OCCUPANCY, WITH A FOCUS ON MANAGING LEADS IN OUR CRM AND MANAGING THE DATABASE (WE USE REALPAGE). THIS POSITION WILL INVOLVE TRAVEL EACH WEEK (MON-THURSDAY TRAVEL AND FRIDAY IN A COMMUNITY IS PREFERRED).

     

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

     

    • Must love working with seniors!
    • 2 Solid years of Senior Living CRM Database experience (example: Yardi) - We use RealPage
    • A sales professional who can take a cold lead and turn into a sale
    • 2 years of experience with Senior Living Community Sales & Marketing in a divisional sale and marketing capacity
    • Independent Mindset, self-directed and looking to grow a department
    • Total Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a divisional/regional sale & marketing role capacity
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
    • A flexible, energetic people person, capable of managing diverse personalities and projecting care and professionalism in all work-related situations
    • Willingness to travel for the position
    • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (or equivalent experience)
