What You’ll Receive: • Thousands of fresh, qualified leads daily • Dedicated in-house processing team • Custom-built CRM to manage and track your pipeline • Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) • Referral program • Upside commissions with bonus incentives Office Amenities: • On-site, Free 24/7 Access Gym • Starbucks • Full Café • Local Restaurants Responsibilities: • Maintain and build relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and your community to attract new business • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals • Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters • Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to • Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines • Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for them Qualifications: • Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration • Requires compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies • Understanding of loan originator software such as Experian, LendingWise, or Calyx, and Office Suite highly preferred • Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability • Must reside in Michigan - position is located onsite in our Troy, MI office • NMLS is preferred • Understand a variety of loans such as FHA, VA, conventional, fixed/adjustable, etc. • Experience with Salesforce and Arrive is a plus Compensation: $90,000 - $200,000 at plan yearly
