Responsibilities: • Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelines • Communicate a thorough understanding of different loan programs and closing costs to help prospective buyers make a decision • Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction by interfacing with realtors, processors, and underwriters • Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and the community at large in order to retain existing and attract new business • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all required documents from borrowers, loan officers, title companies and other related industry professionals Qualifications: • Multiple years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending required • Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making ability • Banking, business, real estate, or related Bachelor’s degree required • Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise preferred • Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration • Have an existing book of business • Knowledge of reverse mortgage lending Compensation: $45,000 - $100,000
