Responsibilities: • Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory processes are adhered to • Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large • Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure your production meets our requirements • Assist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs • Work closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements Qualifications: • Banking, business, real estate, or related Bachelor’s degree required • Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb interpersonal and customer service skills, and exceptional decision-making ability • Previous experience with Office Suite and loan originating software such as Experian, Calyx, or LendingWise preferred • 3-5 years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending experience required • Have an existing book of business • Knowledge of reverse mortgage lending Compensation: $45,000 - $100,000
