Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Manage the processing of business financing applications from submission to funding • Verify documentation and ensure files are complete, accurate, and compliant with internal and lender requirements • Communicate directly with brokers, underwriters, and clients to gather additional documentation and clarify information • Coordinate with funding partners and internal departments to ensure a smooth closing process • Train new processors or junior staff and serve as a resource for best practices and workflow efficiency • Assist in building and refining internal processing procedures and training materials Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in merchant cash advances, equipment loans, or other alternative business financing • Proven experience training processors or leading a processing team • Strong understanding of documentation requirements, underwriting processes, and funding procedures • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Comfortable with CRM systems, digital document management, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment Compensation: $45,000
