Are you passionate about deal-making, growth strategy, and working shoulder-to-shoulder with executive leadership to shape the future of a high-growth platform? This is your opportunity to play a key role in an ambitious, acquisition-driven organization backed by top-tier private equity sponsors.

    About the Opportunity

We’re building a leading regional services platform through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions. The Senior M&A Analyst will be a core member of the Corporate Development team, supporting the full deal lifecycle—from sourcing and valuation to diligence and integration planning. If you’re energized by fast-paced environments, direct exposure to C-suite executives, and the opportunity to drive tangible business impact, this role is for you.

    What You’ll Do
    • Own the deal pipeline — track, evaluate, and manage acquisition opportunities from initial contact through close.
    • Run the numbers — build and refine financial models, perform valuations, and prepare board-level analyses.
    • Drive execution — assist in structuring LOIs, coordinating diligence, and preparing investment committee materials.
    • Partner across teams — work closely with Operations, Finance, and functional leaders to ensure smooth execution and integration.
    • Research & identify targets — analyze markets and competitors to uncover new opportunities for expansion.
    • Tell the story — create clear, data-driven reports and presentations for leadership and investors.
    What You Bring
    • 3 + years of experience in finance, accounting, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or transaction advisory.
    • Deep understanding of corporate finance, valuation, and modeling techniques.
    • Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint (CRM tools such as Salesforce a plus).
    • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced credentials (MBA, CPA, CFA) a plus.
    Why This Role
    • Direct exposure to executive leadership and active deal-making from day one.
    • Accelerated learning and career growth within a PE-backed, acquisition-focused environment.
    • A collaborative, entrepreneurial culture that values curiosity, grit, and results.

If you thrive on challenge, ownership, and growth, this is your chance to help build something exceptional.
