Position Summary:

CereCore is seeking a MEDITECH Expanse SUR/ORM Analyst to join our team. This Analyst will support build tasks which includes a large volume of local build to be completed by the division team with very aggressive timelines. They will also possess experience in building in MEDITECH dictionaries, including SUR/ORM. This work will be instrumental in ensuring an accurate build with complex facility specific workflows accounted for which have not been encountered in previous deployments.

This role will require occasional travel depending on project needs.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, implement, maintain, and provide ongoing optimization and support for Meditech EMR software and other Meditech clinical applications.
• Perform workflow assessments, capture business needs, and analyze internal systems to determine functional requirements for optimal utilization of Meditech applications.
• Possess clinical and application knowledge and experience.
• Execute builds, upgrades, and system enhancements as needed.
• Support applications throughout all phases of implementation.
• Deliver post-implementation training, support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Work within cross-functional team and with end-users to achieve application integration to meet clinical needs.
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working with MEDITECH Expanse (SUR/ORM)
• Experience building in MEDITECH dictionaries, including SUR/ORM
• Experience with business process analysis and design, including identification and implementation of best practices, when applicable and practical within the project time lines
• Surgical background, PACU, Same day surgery experience, and medical billing preferred
• Knowledge of SMART would be an additional asset
• General knowledge of the Surgical Services area and billing preferred
• Accounting operational experience preferred
• Must have attention to detail and work well with a remote team
