Position Description: Akiva Technologies is seeking a Senior Management Analyst to lead enterprise-level coordination and program oversight across multiple technology platforms supporting HUD CDBG-DR programs. This senior position will engage with federal, state, and internal teams to ensure systems compliance, manage program closeout activities, and drive high-impact reporting and strategy efforts.
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid or Remote Eligible)
Security Clearance Required: None (Background Check may be required)
Required Skills:
Minimum 8 years experience supporting federal disaster recovery or HUD-funded initiatives.
Proven expertise in managing system releases, compliance tracking, and program lifecycle oversight.
Experience with IntelliGrants, Salesforce (LegalStratus), SharePoint, and DevOps environments.
Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Desired Skills:
Experience working with NY State disaster recovery programs (e.g., Sandy, Ida, Lee, Irene).
Knowledge of SQL Server, Dynatrace, Caspio, and secure FTP workflows.
Certifications such as PMP, Agile Scrum Master, or Lean Six Sigma.
