What You’ll Own
- Lead the end-to-end assortment planning process for Footwear or Apparel & Accessories
- Build profitable, customer-centric assortments aligned to consumer preferences and business strategy
- Develop pre-season assortment plans and in-season optimization strategies
- Apply assortment analytics including rate of sale, door tiering, and clustering
- Define SKU targets, lifecycle management, and assortment breadth/depth by store cluster
- Partner with Space Optimization on capacity, flow, and capital project planning
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Buying, Allocation, Financial Planning, and GTM/VM
- Build strong vendor partnerships and support line reviews and market travel
- Drive margin productivity and sales optimization across the division
What Makes You a Strong Fit
- 7–9 years of relevant retail merchandising or assortment planning experience
- Strong expertise in retail math, assortment productivity, and in-season analysis
- Advanced Excel skills required; Power BI experience strongly preferred
- Strong cross-functional partnership and stakeholder-management capabilities
- Ability to lead through change and improve processes
- Experience in high-volume, trend-driven retail strongly preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in fast-paced environments
