    Our team

    We are the central Business Strategy and Operations team reporting to the Digital Media President. Our scope is across all functions, all customer segments, and all product categories with the goal of building the business for the next decade and beyond. This team aims to develop positive relationships with leadership, focusing on business growth, market insights, and goal alignment, translating overarching objectives into actionable outcomes. In this role, you will Serve as the bridge between strategy, product, and routes to market, ensuring ideas are both innovative and executable, empowering org to make informed decisions and stay ahead in competitive markets

    The opportunity

    We are looking for a strategic, collaborative, and hands-on individual to own and support complex and critical initiatives within the team. This position will function in a fast-paced setting to assist the President and special projects throughout the organization. You’ll be asked to bring clarity to ambiguous questions, move multiple business priorities forward at once, manage large partners across the company and bring high standard of work quality. Scope including, but not limited to:

    Annual Planning: Develop and support the creation of detailed plans that align with Digital Media's vision and long-term goals. Build game plan, sequence, timeline, and communications. Collaborate closely with business, finance leadership, and extended operations teams to ensure a coordinated plan across groups. Direct collaboration across departments to meet planning targets.

    Business Operations: Help drive business operations related to organization-wide resource allocation review and ongoing headcount management. Maintain pulse of the business and surface key insights by reviewing teams’ execution status / reports, research insights, and data. Partner closely with finance partners and business unit leaders to drive revenue planning, marketing budget & spend.

    Strategic Projects: Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership by providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making. Work as an internal consultant and collaborate closely with department heads, executives, and other partners to create aligned plans on strategic issues. Deliver strategic write-ups on Executive Top-of-mind topics.

    • Leadership: Ability to work with senior leaders. Build consensus among cross-functional team and influence decision making within senior-level audiences. Nurture relationships, set a roadmap, and shepherd others to follow it

    • High standard for success: Enable and foster a culture of high organizational performance by bringing sense of ownership in everything we do and setting consistently high quality work output.

    • Analytical & Detail Oriented: Comfortable working with and analyzing data set. Able to dive into a data set and surface meaningful insights. Detail oriented.

    • Efficient: Balance multiple priorities at once and prioritize. Strategically leverage resources & partners across teams to multiply impact.

    • Storytelling, Communications and Influence: Ability to develop executive-ready presentations and build partnerships with leaders and their teams across Adobe. Compose & deliver crisp, clear and concise communications - written and verbal.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience. Preferred: MBA or equivalent experience.

    • 10+ years demonstrated experience, with 3-5 years post MBA experiences (ideally some management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, Chief of Staff, and/or internal strategy & business operations at a large company)

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $124,400 -- $231,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
