The Opportunity
Everyone has a story to tell, and Adobe helps Government agencies do just that. Adobe’s Digital Experience suite is one of Adobe's fastest-growing businesses and the Senior Manager will lead sales and key strategy for Adobe’s State & Local Government East business. This leader will be a mentor as well as a coach and will be a true evangelist for the needs of the business.
What You’ll Do
Drive revenue for Adobe’s Digital Experience business in State & Local Government accounts across the Eastern US.
Consistently and predictably deliver performance against revenue targets
Lead the sales team with passion and discipline
Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners
Track, monitor, and accurately forecast business across the territory
Improve overall customer satisfaction in assigned accounts
What You Need to Succeed
5+ years leading high-performance teams servicing government accounts
Validated self-starter mentality with a specific plan to “own” your business
Dedication to personal responsibility and expectation of performance
Passion, energy, great attitude, and a confirmed plan for building and running successful sales teams
Empathy and high EQ to do it the “right” way
Success in selling solution-based SaaS offerings
Superior customer-facing attributes both internally and externally
Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to "win people over"
Work successfully in a team environment, collaborating closely with all other organizations within Adobe including Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Support, etc.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $289,000 -- $471,550 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
