A highly reputable and fast-growing real estate investment firm is seeking a motivated and driven Manager / Senior Manager, FP&A to join its collaborative, dynamic finance team. This role will play a critical part in shaping financial strategy, driving performance insights, and supporting executive decision-making across a large real estate portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes across multiple business units

• Develop and maintain multi-year financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysis

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for senior leadership and investors

• Perform detailed variance analysis and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Conduct deep-dive financial reviews for underperforming assets and recommend corrective actions

• Partner cross-functionally with asset management, operations, and leadership teams

• Own preparation of quarterly board materials and executive presentations

• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve financial processes through data and technology

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience in FP&A within commercial real estate

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

• Experience working with large datasets and translating analysis into clear insights

• Ability to communicate financial information effectively to leadership and stakeholders

• Leadership experience managing and mentoring Analysts/Associates

• Experience with real estate software and/or data analytics tools is a plus
