Reputable and growing real estate investment platform is seeking a sharp Senior Accounting Manager who wants more than just managing a close process.

This role sits at the intersection of leadership, process improvement, and operational scale—with direct exposure to executive leadership, including the CFO and CAO.

*$165-$200K (base + full annual bonus) + additional cash equity

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing partnership accounting across a large real estate portfolio
• Managing cash operations (wires/ACH, receipts, disbursements) with a strong controls mindset
• Improving liquidity reporting and cash forecasting in partnership with FP&A
• Driving process improvements across accounting workflows and systems
• Supporting resyndication and construction activity (draws, loan funding, CIP tracking)
• Enhancing invoice processing and expense coding consistency
• Supporting ERP and finance system implementations
• Overseeing partnership waterfalls, contributions, and distributions

Qualified:

• 7+ years of accounting experience with prior team leadership
• Strong partnership accounting experience (real estate preferred)
• Someone who thinks beyond the day-to-day and looks for ways to improve and scale
• CPA preferred
• Experience in private equity and/or public accounting is a plus
• Systems exposure to tools like Yardi, GTreasury, AVID, or similar
