    The Opportunity

    We’re looking for an exceptionally skilled Senior Manager to support ambitious transformation initiatives which impact strategic goals at Adobe. This role is hands-on and people focused - you’ll lead a team and work directly with internal end users as they adopt new tools, shift the way they work, and adjust to new expectations.

    This role will be instrumental in advancing transformation initiatives by developing and implementing effective change adoption plans, aiding leaders, and making certain teams remain well-informed and equipped for success. Your efforts will support the organization in moving forward with clearer direction, assurance, and steadiness.

    What You’ll Do

    • Act as the change lead for large and complex transformation initiatives, directly and indirectly managing a team of internal and external change experts, offering steady mentorship and structure throughout the journey.
    • Assess the magnitude of a given change and how it will impact people, processes, and tools - and help teams prepare for what’s ahead.
    • Deliver on all areas of change including leader and end user identification and engagement, change impacts and readiness, communications, training assessment and development, anticipating and addressing resistance, reinforcement, etc.
    • Build simple, helpful communication and training materials that make change easier to understand and adopt, using a variety of channels and modalities.
    • Establish and track readiness and adoption metrics, and surface insights to strengthen plans and improve outcomes.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional business and technical teams to support the rollout of new technologies and ways of working, aligning change activities with program timelines and key achievements.
    • Engage and support leaders at all levels, so they feel confident guiding their teams through change.
    • Drive continuous improvement, incorporating new tools & methods, feedback, and lessons learned from other Adobe programs, flexing plans to the needs of the business.

    What You'll Need to Succeed

    • 10+ years experience leading change for large, multilayered transformation initiatives. Experience in consulting or transformation focused roles is a distinctive advantage.
    • Experience directly managing people and teams in addition to indirect leadership
    • Ability to explain technical or operational changes in a clear, simple way to a range of audiences.
    • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies such as ADKAR, with proven hands-on application; certification is a plus.
    • Strong skills in organization, planning, and managing complexity across multiple collaborators in matrixed organizations.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and engagement skills.
    • Ability to empower and influence others to move toward a common vision or goal without authority or a direct reporting relationship
    • Strong presence, grounded in clear communication, partnership, and follow through.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $127,500 -- $250,875 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    In California, the pay range for this position is $173,300 - $250,875

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
