Connect Staffing seeks a Senior Marketing & Business Development Specialist for a law firm client in Atlanta. This person will play a key role in advancing the firm’s Business Practice by managing strategic initiatives, developing high-quality marketing materials, and driving client engagement efforts. This position partners closely with attorneys and firm leadership to strengthen visibility, deepen client relationships, and support growth across multiple sub-practice areas.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation and maintenance of marketing collateral, attorney biographies, experience lists, proposals, and website content.
Manage complex RFPs, pitches, and client presentations from concept through completion.
Collaborate with attorneys to develop and distribute thought leadership, client alerts, and industry insights across digital channels.
Oversee rankings and award submissions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong positioning.
Support sponsorships and events, including planning, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
Analyze marketing data, track ROI, and provide recommendations for enhancing business development efforts.
Serve as a resource and mentor for junior team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
4+ years of marketing and business development experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
Strong writing, project management, and strategic thinking skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with CRM and marketing automation tools; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and basic HTML a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
