• 5+ years in a leadership role (Manager/Director-level)
DIGITAL MARKETING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Proven leadership + team development experience
• Background in entertainment, hospitality, retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands
• Casino experience a plus, but not required
• Strong record of building, launching, and optimizing campaigns
• Comfortable developing annual marketing plans and driving performance
