    Our client, a fast-growing leader in the building materials industry, is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing efforts and drive data-informed growth. This high-impact role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a lean team, brings a deep understanding of analytics, and is ready to own the full marketing funnel—from campaign planning to execution and optimization.

    About the Role:In this role, you’ll shape the marketing strategy for a company with a strong reputation for innovation and product excellence. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you’ll work cross-functionally with sales, product, and executive leadership to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals. You’ll blend creativity with data, leading initiatives that boost visibility, drive quality leads, and enhance brand presence across digital and traditional platforms.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own and develop multi-channel marketing strategies that support both B2B and B2C growth targets.
    • Design and execute data-driven campaigns, measuring ROI and continuously improving performance.
    • Leverage HubSpot to manage the marketing lifecycle; partner with sales to align CRM efforts (Salesforce).
    • Lead analysis of campaign metrics, web performance, and customer behavior using tools like Google Analytics.
    • Support and scale e-commerce marketing efforts across partners like Lowe’s, Amazon, Wayfair, and Home Depot.
    • Build content strategies that support SEO and brand engagement—think blogs, case studies, landing pages, and more.
    • Manage trade show planning, PR outreach, and industry award submissions.
    • Collaborate with regional leaders to tailor localized promotions and messaging.
    • Pilot paid media and demand gen efforts on platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, and email marketing.
    • Continuously A/B test website elements and marketing materials for conversion optimization.
    • Manages a direct report.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong foundation in performance marketing and data analytics.
    • Proven success in developing and scaling digital campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels.
    • Advanced skills in HubSpot or similar platforms; comfort with Salesforce integrations a plus.
    • Confident interpreting data to drive insights and marketing decisions.
    • Hands-on experience with content development, e-commerce marketing, and brand positioning.
    • Creative thinker with a knack for systems, process, and efficiency.
    • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Canva or similar design platforms.
    • Excellent communication and project management skills.

    $110,000-$135,000 per year
