Senior Mechanical Engineer Responsibilities:

Responsible for designing mechanical test systems including hydraulic/pneumatic for aircraft components.

The engineer will read OEM test specifications and work with customers to design custom test equipment.

Will oversee and coordinate assigned projects from design to installation and startup.

Senior Mechanical Engineer Qualifications / Skills:

Mechanical engineer, minimum 10 years of experience - with emphasis on hydraulic/pneumatic systems.

Must be an energetic self-driven induvial needing minimal supervision

Strong Verbal communication

Leadership skills to direct small engineering team

Experience with building component aircraft ground test equipment preferred

Shop experience with working with hand tools with general knowledge of machining and metal fabrication

Education and Experience Requirements:

BS in Mechanical Engineering
