    Job Summary

    InsureChoice Group is hiring an experienced Senior Medicare Sales Manager to lead a remote team of licensed Medicare agents selling Medicare Advantage (Part C), Medicare Supplement (Medigap), and Part D Prescription Drug Plans (PDP).

    This role requires a strong leader with 5+ years of direct Medicare sales experience and deep knowledge of CMS guidelines, carrier compliance rules, Scope of Appointment procedures, TPMO regulations, AEP/OEP enrollment rules, and retention management.

    If you have managed remote Medicare sales agents, understand CMS compliance inside and out, and know how to balance new enrollments with long-term book retention, this is a high-impact leadership opportunity.

    Key Responsibilities

    Medicare Sales Team Leadership

    • Manage and coach a remote team of licensed Medicare agents

    • Drive monthly enrollment targets for Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and PDP plans

    • Monitor KPIs including close rate, production volume, retention, and compliance scores

    • Conduct call reviews and performance evaluations

    • Lead AEP (Annual Enrollment Period) execution strategy

    CMS & Compliance Oversight

    • Ensure all sales activity follows CMS marketing guidelines and carrier requirements

    • Oversee Scope of Appointment (SOA) compliance and TPMO disclaimers

    • Monitor call recordings and QA performance

    • Stay current on CMS regulatory changes and carrier updates

    • Enforce ethical, compliant selling practices

    Retention & Book of Business Management

    • Manage retention strategy across active book of business

    • Reduce policy churn and improve persistency rates

    • Balance new client acquisition with renewal management

    • Oversee OEP and SEP opportunities

    Required Qualifications

    • Active Health Insurance License (multiple states preferred)

    • Current or recent AHIP certification

    • Minimum 5 years selling Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D

    • Minimum 2 years managing Medicare agents or telesales teams

    • Strong understanding of CMS Medicare marketing guidelines, AEP/OEP/SEP rules, TPMO regulations, and carrier compliance standards

    • Experience leading remote sales teams

    • Experience using CRM and call monitoring systems

    Preferred Experience

    • Medicare call center leadership background

    • Experience managing $5M+ annualized book of business

    • Strong retention and persistency management experience

    • Data-driven sales leadership approach
