About the Role:

UFC Gym in Hendersonville, TN is looking for a driven and energetic Senior Membership Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll be the face of our gym — connecting with prospective and current members to help them start and sustain their fitness journey. Responsibilities:

Drive membership sales through prospecting, tours, follow-ups, and closing new member agreements

Build and maintain strong relationships with current members to support retention and renewals

Conduct engaging gym tours and present membership options tailored to individual goals

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Assist in developing and executing local marketing and outreach initiatives

Mentor and support junior membership staff on sales techniques and member engagement

Handle member inquiries, concerns, and account management with professionalism

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in membership sales, fitness sales, or a related customer-facing sales role

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for fitness

Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Experience with CRM software or membership management systems preferred

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a natural team leader

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
