    Position Overview This position will be primarily responsible for devising and driving strategic merchandise planning and forecasts for LePrix Enterprise Accounts, including managing sourcing strategies and analysis, merchandise forecasting and demand planning by account and location, and providing business analysis to support company goals and customer success. Additionally, you will support account management functions to ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence for our growing Enterprise accounts. You will partner with account management, supply and operations to develop and manage comprehensive business strategies to drive sales, optimize inventory investment, and generate profit for LePrix and Enterprise Accounts. Reports to the EVP of Business Development and Sales.

    Key Responsibilities Strategic Merchandising Planning & Forecasting

    Own monthly OTB forecasting of sales, receipts, turn, and inventory needs to meet target KPIs, driving ongoing strategies to maximize sales and margin for accounts and company

    Partner with Sales and Finance Teams to determine monthly/quarterly OTB Forecast for New Store Locations and Replenishment by account

    Manage Store-level Forecasting by account and aggregate to account level for monthly/quarterly OTB planning for new locations and replenishment sourcing

    Develop comprehensive supply strategies and assortment planning, including guidance on customer segment productivity targets (assortment, sell-through, inventory turn) to drive customer success

    Utilize historical data analysis to identify essential insights around product performance, pricing optimization, and inventory management, applying insights to inform supply decisions and identify gaps

    Drive financial results that maximize revenue, gross margin, inventory turn goals and sell-through at Company and client level

    Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

    Develop bottom-up sales and inventory plans informing financial and inventory decisions inclusive of product mix, Average Inventory Retail (AIR), Average Unit Cost (AUC), turn rates, and multi-channel sales analysis

    Conduct quarterly inventory analysis by account; determine markdown strategies and end-of-life disposition for returned products

    Provide monthly/quarterly OTB Forecasts to Supply Team by account for sourcing decisions

    Lead monthly/quarterly client meetings to discuss OTB Forecast vs Sales Targets, performance drivers, and solution-oriented issue resolution

    Share internal business recaps vs plan and forecast with emphasis on performance analysis and strategic recommendations

    Support leadership in making profitable supply and inventory investment decisions

    Account Management Support

    Support client satisfaction by providing merchandising expertise and performance insights to maintain strong Enterprise partnerships

    Present monthly performance reports with merchandising analysis and strategic recommendations to optimize client business performance

    Collaborate with account management teams to address client inquiries and implement merchandising solutions

    Operational Support & Project Management

    Support order and fulfillment operations by providing merchandising insights to optimize inventory allocation and processing

    Collaborate on special projects that enhance merchandising performance and operational efficiency

    Partner with cross-functional teams to implement merchandising solutions and ensure compliance with SOPs

    Required Qualifications

    Experience Requirements

    10+ years progressive experience in merchandising planning and financial planning & analysis

    Proven track record managing merchandise planning across multiple locations/accounts with demonstrated performance improvement results

    Deep expertise in Open-To-Buy (OTB) planning, inventory management, and demand forecasting

    Experience with luxury goods, fashion, or consumer products with understanding of seasonal planning cycles

    Background in merchandising allocation and strategic inventory movement

    3+ years experience in account management, client services, or retail/resale operations preferred

    Technical & Analytical Skills

    Advanced Excel proficiency including complex formulas, financial modeling, and data analysis capabilities

    Strong retail math and analytical skills for inventory and sales goal management

    Experience with forecasting methodologies and variance analysis

    Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau experience preferred) and planning systems

    Understanding of pricing optimization and margin management strategies

    Leadership & Communication

    Strong client relationship skills with ability to present merchandising analysis to Enterprise-level clients

    Excellent communication and presentation skills for both internal teams and external clients

    Proven ability to influence sourcing and operational decisions through data-driven merchandising insights

    Preferred Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Merchandising, Finance, or related field

    Experience managing B2B accounts with focus on operational excellence and client success

    Background in fashion with understanding of wholesale/retail dynamics

    Resale luxury experience a plus

    Previous experience collaborating with C-suite level clients and internal leadership

    Track record of successful margin expansion and inventory optimization initiatives

    Knowledge of supply chain management and vendor relationship management

    Occasional travel may be required

    Preferred location at LePrix HQs in Bethesda, Maryland
