Job Description
About TAS
Technology Alliance Solutions, Inc. (TAS) is a modern consulting and technology services firm that helps organizations transform how they manage customers, data, and operations.
We specialize in unifying CRM, ERP, marketing automation, and cloud systems into a cohesive, scalable digital ecosystem. Our team delivers enterprise-grade clarity, discipline, and execution—empowering businesses and public-sector agencies to modernize confidently and achieve measurable outcomes.
TAS operates at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and delivery. We combine deep platform expertise with the rigor of an enterprise consulting practice to design solutions that eliminate fragmentation, strengthen operational workflows, and support long-term digital transformation across enterprise, state, and federal organizations.
Role Overview
TAS is seeking a Senior Developer to support a high-visibility CRM and case-management modernization initiative for a Texas state agency. This role is responsible for executing technical configuration, extensions, integrations, and automations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and the Microsoft Power Platform.
At TAS, we value current mastery of modern Microsoft technologies over tenure with legacy platforms. The ideal candidate brings deep, hands-on experience with contemporary Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities and operates comfortably within a configuration-first, architecture-governed delivery model.
The Senior Developer works under the technical guidance of the Solution Architect, collaborates closely with Functional Consultants and Business Analysts, and contributes directly to building secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.
This is a full-time, fully remote role, operating within an onshore delivery model.
Key Responsibilities
Execute technical configuration and development for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
Build and maintain Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI artifacts
Implement extensions and integrations following Solution Architect–defined standards and patterns
Implement and maintain secure, API-based integrations with Indigov/GovDelivery and DIR telephony platforms
Develop and support case-management workflows, routing logic, SLAs, and automation rules
Develop technical logic and scripts for the transition of legacy data, ensuring the reconciliation of historical records dating back to 2002
Ensure all solutions are configuration-first, minimizing custom code and preserving platform upgradeability
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Use Azure DevOps (ADO) as the mandated system of record for development tasks, defects, and technical documentation
Collaborate with QA resources to resolve defects and support UAT readiness
Ensure all technical implementations comply with Texas Administrative Code (TAC) §213 and Section 508 accessibility standards
Produce and maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities
Required Skills & Experience
U.S.-based candidate (onshore delivery requirement)
6–9+ years total development experience
4+ years hands-on with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform
Experience with integrations, data migration, and secure public-sector systems
Proven experience serving as a Senior Developer on enterprise CRM or case-management implementations
Deep, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
Strong experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Experience implementing integrations using APIs, data connectors, and Azure services
Strong understanding of security roles, data models, and environment management within Dynamics 365
Proficiency using Azure DevOps (ADO) for task tracking, defect management, and sprint execution
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Strong collaboration and technical communication skills
Preferred Experience
Experience delivering solutions in state, federal, or public-sector environments
Familiarity with compliance-driven development, including accessibility and auditability requirements
Experience supporting large, highly visible CRM modernization initiatives
Public-sector experience is strongly desired, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 (commensurate with experience)
Benefits: Full health benefits, PTO, 401(k), and a fully remote work environment
