    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics AX Developer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical depth, a proven track record of end-to-end AX implementations, and hands-on expertise in customization, integration, and performance optimization. This is a great opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive critical ERP initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and implement customizations and extensions within Microsoft Dynamics AX (2012 / D365 Finance & Operations).

    • Build, maintain, and optimize X++ code, classes, forms, tables, and workflows.

    • Integrate Dynamics AX with other enterprise systems using APIs, OData, and AIF.

    • Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, testing, and deployment activities.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, ensuring high performance and reliability.

    • Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and IT teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals.

    • Lead technical reviews, provide code-level guidance, and maintain AX development best practices.

    Qualifications

    • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or D365 F&O development.

    • Strong proficiency in X++ programming, C#, and SQL Server (T-SQL).

    • Proven experience in data migration, customization, and integration projects.

    • Deep understanding of AX architecture, AOT, and performance tuning techniques.

    • Experience with Power Platform, Azure DevOps, and related Microsoft technologies is a plus.

    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
