(Immediate Pipeline – High-Performance Role) We are looking for an experienced mortgage loan processor who can step in immediately and take ownership of an active pipeline from day one. This is not a training role. You will be working on live files from day one, managing submissions, conditions, and pushing loans to clear-to-close in a fast-paced environment. Local candidates preferred (NJ/NY area) Responsibilities: • Take ownership of active loan files from submission through clear-to-close • Submit loans to underwriting and manage all conditions and resubmissions • Review files upfront to identify issues and prevent delays • Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, lenders, title, and third parties • Track milestones and ensure files are progressing on time • Maintain clean, accurate file updates within loan systems • Clean up and organize files that may not be fully structured Qualifications: • 2+ years of mortgage processing experience (broker/wholesale preferred) • Strong understanding of income, assets, and loan documentation • Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • High level of organization and attention to detail • Strong communication skills with borrowers and internal teams • Self-motivated with the ability to take full ownership of files • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment • Must live within a 50-mile radius Compensation: $5,000–$6,000/month based on experience
