Senior Multifamily Site Superintendent in Boston, MA - $120,000–$160,000

We are hiring for a Senior Multifamily Site Superintendent in Boston.

This is a senior field leadership role overseeing 2–3 active multifamily projects in the $1M–$5M range. Candidates must have 15–20+ years of direct site supervision experience in multifamily residential construction, including ground-up and/or renovation work.

Base salary range is $120,000–$160,000, depending on directly relevant experience, with a performance bonus opportunity, health benefits, paid holidays and PTO, a vehicle allowance or a company vehicle, and a phone allowance/company device.

We are looking only for candidates who have independently led projects from startup through completion and can demonstrate strong subcontractor management, schedule enforcement, quality control, field troubleshooting, documentation discipline, and communication with ownership.

Required software familiarity includes Builder trend, Procore, MS Project, and Excel.
