Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer with strong Oracle expertise and hands-on experience in Blazor to design, modernize, and support enterprise reporting frameworks. This role offers the chance to shape solutions in a modern Microsoft stack while contributing to long-term system transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and build a modern reporting framework using .NET 8/9, Blazor, and Fluent UI

Enhance and optimize legacy reports built on Crystal Reports & Oracle DB

Design scalable, high-performance financial system solutions with integrated Oracle backend

Support DevOps practices including CI/CD, version control, and automation pipelines

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable enterprise applications

Drive innovation in modernizing legacy systems while aligning with business and technical objectives

Required Skills & Experience

8+ yrs: Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Entity Framework, Data Modeling

8+ yrs: Oracle (PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Performance Tuning)

6+ yrs: Blazor Server & WebAssembly, Fluent UI

5+ yrs: Bitbucket, Nomad, Consul

2+ yrs: .NET 8/9, C#, Visual Studio

Preferred Qualifications

5+ yrs: JIRA, TEMPO, Confluence

5+ yrs: Agile/SCRUM delivery environments

3+ yrs: Prior experience with Texas State Agencies
