7+ years of experience designing and implementing medium-to-large-scale software systems using Microsoft .NET architecture.

5+ years of experience developing and deploying web-based systems with N-tier architecture, dynamic content, high scalability, and complex security models.

Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and at least two applications, database, messaging, or web server systems.

Proven success in designing and implementing multiple software components and subsystems.

Skilled in explaining software design and implementation choices, including strengths, weaknesses, and rationale.

Effective oral and written communicator with both technical and non-technical staff and stakeholders.

Ability to communicate effectively with DSS and other state IT staff

Preferred:

Agile development experience

Experience with performance, security, and regression testing tools
