Need Overall 10+Years of experience

3 References from the recent projects are must.

Minimum Qualifications:

8 years of experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

8 years of experience with Entity Framework.

8 years of experience with Oracle (PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Database Management, Performance Tuning).

8 years of experience in Data Modeling.

8 years of experience applying Design Principles.

6 years of experience with Blazor Server and Blazor WSM.

6 years of experience with Fluent UI.

5 years of experience using Bitbucket for version control.

5 years of experience with Nomad and Consul.

2 years of experience with .NET 8.0/9.0, C#, and Visual Studio.

Preferred:

5 years of experience working with JIRA, TEMPO, Bitbucket, and Confluence

5 years of experience applying SCRUM/Agile methodologies.

3 years of experience working with Texas State Agencies.

Specific Skills:

.NET 8.0/9.0, C#, Blazor, and Visual Studio

Oracle PL/SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning

Crystal Reports development and integration

CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, Bitbucket

Data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks

Agile/SCRUM methodology expertise
