    • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to raise awareness about the home health agency's services.
    • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other referral sources to generate leads and secure referrals.
    • Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets and goals to contribute to the growth and success of the home health agency.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and company policies during the sales process.
    • Build a book of business: you will be working with hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living, and more
