Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Nurse Injector to join our growing medical practice in St. Johns (32092). This role is ideal for a confident injector with strong clinical and aesthetic expertise who is ready to take on a leadership role within the clinic.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in injectable treatments, patient consultations, and treatment planning, while also serving as a role model and mentor to other providers. This position offers the opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding clinic, with strong support from a professional consulting team focused on structure, growth, and long-term success.

Responsibilities

Perform neuromodulator and dermal filler injections with precision and safety

Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans

Deliver exceptional patient experience and build long-term relationships

Educate patients on treatments, expectations, and post-care

Maintain accurate and complete medical documentation and before/after photos

Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, HIPAA, and regulatory standards

Support clinic growth through patient retention, referrals, and treatment plan conversions

Assist with marketing efforts, events, and patient engagement initiatives

Serve as a lead injector and mentor, helping guide and train other providers

Qualifications

Active RN, BSN, NP, or equivalent license in Florida

Minimum 3+ years of experience in aesthetic injectables (REQUIRED)

Strong experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers

Deep understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic planning

Proven ability to perform consultations and convert to treatments

Strong communication and patient relationship skills

Professional, polished, and patient-focused

Leadership mindset with the ability to train and mentor others

This position offers a base pay plus commission structure, with strong earning potential based on performance, patient volume, and treatment revenue.
