You’ll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service. In addition, you’ll work with other staff members to market our brand and arrange company events in the community. Responsibilities: • Generate status reports for the team on a regular basis to make sure company targets are being properly prioritized • Coordinate schedules to ensure optimal open houses and final walkthroughs, travel arrangements, and general appointments • Compete with others in the real estate industry by producing high-quality print and digital marketing materials • Complete paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible • Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner Qualifications: • A solution-oriented thinker with a sharp eye for detail • Exceptionally organized and ready to juggle multiple moving pieces • Naturally driven, proactive, and enthusiastic about growth • A great communicator—both in writing and face-to-face • An experienced team leader who motivates and brings out the best in others • Someone who remains calm under pressure and adapts quickly to change • Familiar with real estate operations or have worked within a real estate brokerage (strongly preferred) • Comfortable using modern business tools and systems • A York Region local or lives nearby (required) Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000
