We are looking for a Senior Operations Financial Analyst to join our Support Center team in Georgetown, TX. This is a hybrid role requiring a regular in-office presence to collaborate with cross-functional partners.

    Mission of the Position The Senior Operations Financial Analyst will support Sport Clips’ Company Stores and Franchise Owners by delivering timely, accurate, and actionable financial insights. This role is responsible for critical financial reporting, analysis, and operational support, while also taking on projects and ad hoc requests that drive efficiency, profitability, and strategic decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities

    Maintain, report, and provide training on system profitability for franchise owners.

    Assist in preparation of monthly P&L reporting and annual budget processes.

    Prepare timely and accurate monthly management reporting packages, including variance analysis and commentary versus budget and prior year.

    Support ad hoc modeling, reporting, and analysis as required.

    Coordinate with Payroll & HR to provide monthly headcount reporting.

    Serve as subject matter expert in Company Store Profit & Loss Statements, providing key savings insights.

    Utilize systems such as General Ledger, Expense Platform, Power BI, Excel, Solver, and Data Warehouse to build reports, analyze trends, and deliver actionable insights.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    Required:

    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

    5+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance or analytical role.

    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, modeling, advanced formulas).

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

    Experience with data visualization tools (Excel or other platforms).

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to collaborate across Operations, IT, HR, and leadership teams.

    Ability to work independently with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

    Multi-unit accounting experience with ability to teach Income Statement Financials.

    Preferred:

    Experience with (or willingness to learn) Power BI.

    Experience creating reporting dashboards.

    Familiarity with system implementations or testing reports.

    Physical Requirements

    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

    Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

    Ability to work hybrid (minimum 3 days onsite at Support Center, 2 days remote).
