Position: Sr. Operations Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Operations Manager to lead and oversee production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for managing workflow, production efficiency, team leadership, scheduling, and ensuring on-time delivery across multiple departments.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in production operations, team management, and process improvement within a manufacturing or production-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily production operations across multiple departments

Manage workflow, scheduling, and production priorities

Coordinate with sales, project management, pre-press, and installation teams

Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and inefficiencies

Lead and mentor production supervisors and staff

Monitor employee performance, productivity, and quality

Support hiring, training, and HR coordination

Drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency initiatives

Ensure safety and compliance standards are maintained

Report operational performance to senior leadership

Requirements

5+ years of operations or production management experience

Experience in manufacturing, print production, signage, tradeshow, or related industry

Strong leadership and team management skills

Experience managing production schedules and workflow systems

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience in print/graphics, large-format production, or manufacturing operations

Experience managing large teams and multi-department operations

Strong background in process improvement and operational scaling

Work Environment

Fast-paced production facility operating extended hours (7 AM – 7 PM, 7 days/week). Role requires active presence on production floor and coordination with multiple operational teams.
