BLTC is representing an owner-led, high-end residential remodeling company in San Francisco. Most of its work is full-home remodels between $500K and $5M, delivered by a team of 21.

The company is hiring for three key roles at once: Senior Project Manager, Estimator, and Senior Superintendent. The owner has been clear about the goal: get even better at the work they already do well, and that starts with the people they bring on.

The Role

The Senior Project Manager owns the delivery of full-home remodels for this company. This is a senior seat on a small team, built for someone who has already run high-end residential projects as a PM and takes real pride in the result.
