  What You’ll Do?

• Lead paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms to generate qualified leads
• Analyze performance, optimize campaigns, and proactively improve strategy
• Present results and insights directly to clients with clarity and confidence
• Collaborate cross-functionally with account services, design, and web development teams
• Own internal improvements that make marketing operations smarter and faster

What We’re Looking For?

• 5+ years managing lead-gen focused paid media campaigns (search, social, display)
• Advanced skills in performance analysis and tools like Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
• Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
• A bias for action and the ability to think strategically while executing tactically
