Responsibilities: • Draft wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents using Wealth Counsel software • Manage probate cases from start to finish, including preparing and filing petitions • Prepare trust administration documents, such as beneficiary notifications, real property transfer documents, and distribution agreements • Communicate with clients and institutions on behalf of successor trustees • Ensure a smooth and exceptional client experience throughout the estate planning process Qualifications: • At least 5 years of solid experience as an estate planning paralegal • Proficient in Wealth Counsel and Elder Counsel drafting software (preferred, not required) • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases independently • Strong communication skills with a client-first mentality • A commitment to integrity, confidentiality, and delivering outstanding service • Must work in person from our Newport Beach office. Part-time employment possible for special circumstances. • Must present yourself as a polished professional and be a positive team player. Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000 yearly
