Connect Staffing is seeking a seasoned Senior Paralegal to join a high-performing legal team within a well-established firm known for its sophisticated personal injury and catastrophic injury practice. What You’ll Do:

• Manage a mix of personal injury cases, including some catastrophic injury matters

• Handle smaller cases independently from intake to resolution

• Draft and file complaints

• Prepare and respond to written discovery

• Coordinate and track medical records and bills

• Calendar court dates and deadlines

• Bates-label and organize large volumes of documents

• Create trial notebooks and witness lists

• Assist in trial prep and support during trial

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of personal injury paralegal experience (plaintiff-side preferred)

• Previous experience working on catastrophic injury cases is a plus

• Strong initiative and ability to work with limited direction

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box

• Comfort working primarily onsite with a high-expectation, collaborative team
