At DSG CPAs + Advisors we’re looking for an experienced Paraprofessional who is ready to take a leadership role in spearheading the delivery and advancement of our accounting and advisory arm within +Solutions. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a growing platform and make a meaningful impact for our clients and our firm.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the rollout and delivery of accounting and advisory services within the +Solutions platform

Oversee client accounting functions, including A/P, A/R, reconciliations, and reporting

Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports and financial statements

Partner with clients on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis

Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and enhanced advisory value

Collaborate directly with firm leadership to refine and grow the +Solutions platform

Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and support

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of recent experience in accounting or advisory services

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, management reporting, and business analysis

Proficiency in accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks Online)

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and advisory projects is a plus

Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day client deliverables

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
