Role Overview
This senior-level occupational therapist role offers the opportunity to lead the development of a dedicated pediatric therapy team at the Batavia clinic. The position is designed for an experienced OT who is motivated to build structure, mentor clinicians, and establish a consistent, high-quality therapy presence at a growing location. While the role may include a clinical caseload, the primary focus is leadership, supervision, and long-term team development.
This position plays a critical role in transitioning a clinic to a fully independent Batavia-based staff and supporting future growth, including the addition of speech and physical therapy services.
