    We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and help drive company success. In this pivotal role, you’ll handle scheduling, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and communication on behalf of the executive. You’ll also organize files, manage priorities, and ensure operations run seamlessly behind the scenes. Responsibilities: • Report incoming information like phone calls, messages, memos, and emails to an executive • Manage office duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies • Oversee scheduling, including arranging accommodations and travel, managing itineraries, and setting up team meetings • Act as the main point of contact the high-level executive • Help prepare meetings and take detailed minutes How You’ll Work • 80% of the job is done at your desk — using the phone, CRM, text, and Zoom to close deals remotely • 20% of the job requires reliable transportation to attend seller walkthroughs, gather photos, and get paperwork signed in person when needed Essential Duties Responsibilities • Respond quickly and professionally to all inbound leads • Schedule and conduct seller appointments (phone, Zoom, and in person) • Build trust and rapport with sellers to overcome objections and close deals • Use our CRM daily to manage pipeline, follow-up, and lead tracking • Collaborate with junior follow-up specialists and the leadership team • Follow a structured, proven sales process to consistently close contracts Qualifications: • High school diploma or G.E.D. required • At least 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing supportive duties • Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills • Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines • Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office • Emotionally intelligent and persuasive communicator • Coachable, competitive, and obsessed with improvement • Strong closer with excellent phone skills • Tech-savvy (CRM, dialers, digital contracts) • Reliable transportation for in-person seller visits • Comfortable being held accountable for daily KPIs and monthly revenue goals Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 + bonus
