Responsibilities: • Make sure executive schedules including travel arrangements, itineraries, and team meetings, are organized and up-to-date • Act as the main point of contact the high-level executive • Perform basic bookkeeping duties • Organize incoming information such as phone calls, voicemail messages, emails, and memos and report details to an executive • Other assistant duties as assigned from executives such as pick up orders, and other personal assistant tasks • Act as the right hand to the Managing Partner, providing critical support in both administrative and operational functions. • Oversee daily operations, including HR, finance, client relations, and marketing. • Lead initiatives to enhance efficiency and improve client experience, working closely with attorneys, paralegals, and staff. • Be in charge of Human Resources and building a leadership team. • Set KPIs and manage firm-wide meetings to ensure smooth operations and progress toward goals. • Drive business strategies to grow the firm's revenue to at least 2x in the next 365 days. • Collaborate on projects to hit key revenue milestones. • Play a key role in enforcing and promoting the firm's core values, fostering a "work hard, play hard" culture. Qualifications: • Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills • Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines • 2+ years performing supportive duties in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, or similar • Legal background or paralegal experience is a plus, but business scaling experience in any industry will be considered. • Experience growing businesses from $500,000 to $5 million or more in revenue. • Sales experience is a plus. • A Master’s degree in entrepreneurship or an MBA is highly desirable. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with law firm management software (Lawmatics, CLIO) is a plus. • Excellent follow-through, organizational, and leadership skills. Compensation: $55,000 - $125,000+
