Responsibilities: • Support attorneys in all aspects of case preparation and litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence. • Manage and maintain case files in our firm's CRM (Filevine), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and organization. • Support clients by explaining legal processes and providing regular case updates in a compassionate manner. • Track and manage deadlines, including court dates, discovery responses, and statute of limitations. • Prepare and file legal documents with courts and agencies. • Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, trial binders, and evidence.
