Alpert Schreyer, LLC is actively seeking a high-performing Personal Injury Trial Attorney with 3-7 years of litigation and trial experience to join our growing firm. This role is designed for an attorney seeking a significant trial practice, autonomy, and top-tier compensation. Offices in Lanham, MD, and Waldorf, MD Ideally able to work in both offices, though one primary office location is possible Responsibilities: • Independently manage a robust personal injury caseload from intake through resolution • Work alongside experienced attorneys while leveraging a strong administrative and litigation support team that enables you to focus on strategy and advocacy • Be trusted with significant responsibility and decision-making authority on your cases Litigate cases in Maryland District and Circuit Courts , including: • Depositions • Motions practice • Mediations and settlement conferences • Jury and bench trials Qualifications: • 3-7 years of personal injury litigation experience • Demonstrated trial experience in Maryland District and Circuit Courts • Active Maryland bar license (required) • DC and/or Virginia bar licenses (strongly preferred) • Strong courtroom presence, legal writing, and negotiation skills • A self-directed attorney who thrives with autonomy and accountability Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 yearly with incentives
