Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who loves meeting people and making an impact? Paths Law Firm is expanding our Placement Services team and seeking a motivated outside sales professional who can connect with families, build community partnerships, and guide seniors to the right living options." Paths Law Firm is hiring a Senior Living Advisor to join our team in a sales position in the Kansas City metro area! What You’ll Do: In this role, you’ll not only guide families through one of life’s most important decisions – finding the right home and care for their loved ones – but also actively build the referral network that makes those connections possible. You will conduct in-depth assessments to understand each senior’s needs, recommend tailored solutions, coordinate and attend community tours, and stand by clients each step of the way. On the sales side, you’ll be in the community building relationships with senior living communities, healthcare providers, and other local organizations to generate leads and create partnerships. By hosting educational workshops and promoting our services throughout the area, you’ll play a key role in expanding our reach. It’s a chance to make a real difference every day – bringing clarity and comfort to families in need while driving the growth of our placement services. What Makes This Role Unique: Unlike many placement agencies, you’ll represent a service that’s completely independent — we work for the family, not the facilities. That means no quotas, no contracts, and no divided loyalties. You’ll have the freedom to recommend what’s truly best for each senior without pressure from corporate partners or commissions that compromise integrity. For driven sales professionals, this independence is a powerful differentiator — you’ll stand out in the market by offering something others can’t: unbiased, client-first advocacy backed by the credibility of a respected elder law firm. If you want to build relationships, grow your network, and help families make life-changing decisions with confidence, this is your opportunity to do both well and good. Why You Should Apply: • Impact: Use your knowledge of senior care or social work background to improve lives. Every placement you assist with means a senior finds a safer, happier home and family members gain peace of mind. • Variety: This is not a desk-bound job! You’ll work from our Lee’s Summit office and out in the field – meeting families, touring beautiful senior communities, networking with healthcare professionals, and more. No two days are the same. • Team & Support: Join a friendly, passionate team at a boutique elder law firm. We believe in teamwork, training, and setting you up for success. You’ll have resources and support from our legal and care experts. • Growth & Rewards: We offer a competitive base salary (up to $50,000), plus bonuses and incentives are generous. Your hard work literally pays off – as you help more families, your earnings grow. We also provide 401(k) matching, health insurance premium contribution, generous days off, including two half-days each month. • Ideal Candidate: We’re looking for a motivated, relationship-focused sales professional who thrives on meeting new people and building community connections. You understand seniors and the challenges families face when choosing care, but you also bring a strong drive to grow relationships and generate new business. Perhaps you have experience in senior living marketing, home health, hospice, financial services, or healthcare sales — anywhere you’ve had to connect, educate, and build trust. You’re confident starting conversations, comfortable networking across the community, and love turning introductions into meaningful partnerships. Most importantly, you’re compassionate, resourceful, and eager to help families find the right path forward. Sound like you? Apply now or tag someone who’d be perfect for this role!
